Until what age can Heloa accompany my children?
Heloa accompanies your child up to the age of 7 🐣 🐥
Heloa is not compatible with my device. What should I do?
Heloa is only supported by Android 10 or later and iOS 13 or later. To update your mobile operating systems, go to your phone’s settings and follow the instructions below: Android and iPhone.
If your phone does not offer the minimum software version required, you can access Heloa via computer or tablet.
I have several children. Can I add them to Heloa?
You can add your first child directly when registering on Heloa.
Once you’ve added your first child, you can add more in My Children.
To do so, click on the arrow next to your child’s age. A menu unfolds, click on “Add a child”.
My company or mutual insurance company gave me a code to access Heloa Premium. How do I activate it?
Your Heloa premium code has been sent to you by our partner. Once you have this code, here’s how to activate it:
1. Click on the 👑 icon at the top right of your screen
2. Click on “Heloa is free”
3. Below “Enter your partner code”, enter your code
4. Enjoy unlimited Heloa Premium 😀
Who thinks up and writes the content available on the app?
Doctors, psychologists, midwives, nursery nurses, etc.: 32 parenting professionals work alongside us to offer useful advice and quality information to young parents.
I’ve heard that Heloa deals with parenting topics such as couples, parental burnout, post-partum depression, … is this the case and where can I find them?
One of Heloa’s distinctive features is that it also focuses on the lives of parents. The subjects that concern you (the couple, parental burnout, post-partum depression, sexuality, the return to work, etc.) are set out in the My Intimacy section, icon 🔒 in the bottom right-hand corner.
Is Heloa a paying application?
Heloa is a free application, with some premium content, i.e. reserved for users with a Premium account. Good news: your company or mutual insurance company can offer you Heloa Premium!
However, the following are and always will be free of charge:
The My children area and all its contents: questionnaires, advice, articles, curves and medical information (vaccines, blood group, etc.).
For parents (My Intimacy area): all questionnaires and advice, all quizzes, as well as the most popular articles and podcasts.

How do I delete my Heloa account? What about my data?
To delete your Heloa account, all you have to do is go to Settings – ⚙️ icon – then click on “View my profile”, and finally “Delete my account” at the bottom of the screen.
Once you’ve done this, all the data you and your child have entered will be permanently deleted.
Please note that this action is irreversible.
